Returns and complaints <\/strong><\/p>\n

Algebra University College guarantees you the best possible quality of service and value for money. In case you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you may return or exchange them within 14 days.<\/p>\n

Exchanging goods \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of the date you received them. Pack the item and return it to the seller\u2019s address. The package should contain the enclosed form for Returns and a photocopy of the receipt. In addition to your personal information, it is important to list the replacement item. The item you are returning must be undamaged, packed in its original packaging and unworn.<\/p>\n

*The costs of the return are covered by the sender. Returns with cash on delivery as method of payment will not be accepted.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Returning goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the date of delivery without indicating the reason (Official Gazette, no. 41\/14, Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act). The package you are returning should contain the enclosed photocopy of the receipt and the filled out Model Withdrawal Form<\/a> <\/span>about your withdrawal from the contract and it should be sent to the seller\u2019s address. The item you are returning must be undamaged, packed in its original packaging and unworn.<\/p>\n

Complaints <\/strong><\/p>\n

In the case of complaints, the goods are returned to the seller\u2019s address, packed in original packaging, and with the enclosed form for the Return of Purchased Goods, describing the type of damage to the item. A photocopy of the receipt must also be enclosed. You will be notified on the decision regarding the acceptance of your complaint within 8 days of receiving the complaint. Algebra is cannot be held liable for damages incurred due to inappropriate use, improper maintenance or mechanical damage to goods.<\/p>\n
